Leading a Faithful Family

Deuteronomy 6 – The family forms the building blocks for a philosophy of life. It is the priority of parents to build a strong foundation for future generations, but living in such a busy society, we often sacrifice the things that are truly important for what is urgent or fleeting. Eugene outlines this famous passage by admonishing parents to be faithful to teach their children the Word of God: 1) The family must be a tool for God’s ministry; 2) The Father’s priority of godly leadership; 3) Systematic and faithful studying of the Bible.

“If the family does not study the Word and serve the Lord, the Church will not study the Word and serve the Lord, because the Church is a family which includes many families.”
